Front of House (FOH) – The Heart of Our Clinic This is our most important role . You are the first and last impression of our business. This role offers full-time hours for the right candidate. We are looking for someone who is: Warm, bubbly, and genuinely loves people Exceptional in customer service and communication Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Confident re-engaging non-retained clients Sales-focused with a natural ability to convert and rebook Social media savvy (content, engagement, basic posting) Key Responsibilities: Delivering a luxury client experience from arrival to departure Managing bookings, rebooking, and client follow-ups Driving retention, memberships, and package sales Supporting daily clinic operations and team flow Assisting with social media and client engagement Working closely with the Clinic Manager to create sales opportunities, generate leads, and drive clinic growth Registered Cosmetic Nurse We are seeking an experienced injector who is confident, ethical, and results-driven. This is not a transactional injecting role - you must be passionate about building relationships and guiding clients through long-term aesthetic outcomes. Requirements: Registered Nurse (AHPRA) Minimum 2 years cosmetic injecting experience (preferred) Advanced skills in: All areas of neurotoxin Dermal fillers (full face) Biostimulators IV Cannulation, IV Therapy You must also: Be confident in full-face consultation and comprehensive treatment planning (essential) Understand clients are long-term journeys, not one-off treatments Be passionate about delivering full-face results over time Have strong knowledge of facial anatomy Have a strong understanding of the importance of skin health and retail/home care Be confident prescribing and recommending take-home skincare Work confidently alongside advanced skin treatments Have experience or understanding of: Laser and RF technologies CO2 laser (lesion removal full-face rejuvenation) Women's Health & Wellness Be able to cross-refer to dermal therapists to maximise outcomes Availability: Approximately 3 shifts per week Saturdays are essential (10:00am – 3:00pm) With the opportunity for additional shifts across multiple clinic locations Remuneration: $40 – $60 per hour commission , depending on experience and skill level. Our structure rewards high performers, with the opportunity for experienced cosmetic nurses to earn up to $187,000 per year through hourly rates and commission. Dermal Therapist We are looking for a confident and experienced dermal therapist passionate about skin transformation. This is not a “treatment-only” role - we are focused on long-term skin journeys and real results . Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience in dermal therapy Confident in: Skin needling Chemical peels Hydrafacial Laser Hair Removal IPL Treatments CO2 laser (lesion removal full-face rejuvenation preferred) Q Swtich Laser Treatments Skin tightening / RF treatments Advanced facials Body Treatments/ Skin Tightening Women's Health Plus more You must: Deliver high-quality consultations and structured treatment plans (essential) Understand clients are ongoing journeys, not one-off treatments Be confident recommending packages and skincare Focus on results-driven outcomes over time Work collaboratively with injectors for full-face outcomes Be motivated, professional, and client-focused Availability: Approximately 3 shifts per week Saturdays are essential (9:30am – 3:30pm) With the opportunity for additional shifts across multiple clinic locations Remuneration: $35 – $40 per hour commission , depending on experience and skill level. With our hourly commission structure , high-performing dermal therapists have the opportunity to earn up to $110,000 annually , based on performance, client retention, and treatment plan conversions.
